DAY 1: TANA – MORONDAVA
Travel by plane from Ivato to Morondava. Installation at the hotel in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the hotel
DAY 2: MORONDAVA - BEKOPAKA
This stage will be done in 4X4 and will cross a winding track until the small village of Tsimafana. Along the way, we will see a small stop at the Alley of Baobabs for a photo shoot. Then cross in 30 minutes of Tsiribihina river aboard a ferry. Lunch break in Belo before starting the last journey in 4X4 to Bekopaka. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 3: THE SMALL TSINGY
And it’s part of a day of hiking in the small Tsingy. Formed 200 million years ago, the Tsingy are sculpted limestone cathedrals with a rich and astonishing flora and fauna. It is the habitat of 6 species of lemurs and 53 varieties of birds among others. Lunch at the hotel then circuit in canoe on the Manambolo. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 4: THE GREAT TSINGY
Second day of visit in the big Tsingy. A true limestone cathedral, the Bemaraha National Park offers a completely lunar landscape because of these particularly spectacular geological formations. We will take the circuit Andamozavaky to admire more closely these Tsingy high of 30 to 50 meters. To find yourself through the impressive climbing passages, take safe bridges and wooden bridges suspended more than 20 meters from the ground. Photo sessions on these bridges are highly recommended to immortalize your adventure in the field of large Tsingy. A trip you will remember for a long time. DAY 5: BEKOPAKA - MORONDAVA

DAY 6: MORONDAVA - BELO SUR MER
Early departure to reach Belo-sur-Mer located 115 kilometers. The trip takes about 4 hours. A real adventure through a track along the sea This small picturesque village of Menabe is nestled in a small bay with an exceptional panorama. Arrival in Belo-sur-Mer in the afternoon. On the program, visit of a saline, a small fishing village and discovery of baobab forests roots of the sky. DAY 7: BELO-SUR-MER - EXCURSION IN PIROGUE
For our second day in Belo-sur-mer, we will make a trip by canoe to discover the islets of Nosy Andriamitaroka, Nosy Andravoho and Nosy Andriangary. Scuba diving, idleness and swimming will be at the rendezvous. You can admire the seabed with the help of a simple mask and snorkel. If you like kitesurfing or windsurfing, Belo sur mer is also a very good spot still uncrowded.
DAY 8: BELO-SUR-MER – MANJA
Another very interesting stage awaits us for this new day on the South West coast. We will cross in 4X4 some typical villages of the region, then we will cross by a crossing of swamps and rivers with our 4X4. Arrival in Manja for lunch time. We will make a visit to the market of the city, cradle of Sakalava kingship of Boina and Menabe. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 9: MANJA – ANDAVADAOKA
Early departure. Next step, Bevoay we will join by a laterite track. Between plains and mountains, we will discover the dry landscapes of the South West. Then a ferry waiting for us to cross the Mangoky River. Then, we take the track to reach the National Road 9 which will lead us to Morombe. Along the way, the Andansonia Grandidieri, the oldest baobab of Madagascar is omnipresent in the natural scenery. After a short stop in Morombe, we take the road to finally reach Andavadaoka. DAY 10: ANDAVADAOKA
We will take advantage of the day to make pedestrian or pirogue rides on the lagoon. And why not also enjoy its turquoise water to swim and indulge in the pleasures of the sea. According to your desire, you can go scuba diving or go to meet the inhabitants and visit their villages perched on the sand dunes. Lunch, dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 11: ANDAVADAOKA – SALARY
We reach Salary after half a day of track in 4X4 along 70 kilometers of coast of beauty. A lagoon of pure blue is offered to us in this little corner of paradise. Its small fishing villages built on the sand dunes also make its charm. The tribe « Vezo » living mainly of fishing, people the small village of Salary. DAY 12: SALARY

DAY 13: SALARY-IFATY
We leave this tropical paradise to reach Ifaty, one of the most beautiful seaside resorts of the South West. The trip will be in 4X4 for half a day, always following the coastal track. An immense prickly forest overhung baobabs and fishing villages shape the landscape to Ifaty. Lunch and afternoon relax by the lagoon. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 14: IFATY - TOLIARA - ISALO
Departure in the morning to reach Toliara. After a stop in the city of the sun, we continue immediately the road to Ranohira on the RN7. The wooded savannah of Bara country succeeds the arid landscapes of the west coast. On the way, we will make a stop at the Zombitse National Park including two biological sites spread over more than 36,000 ha: Isoky and Vohibasia. Zombitse is mainly associated with ornithology and birdwatching. It contains 47% of endemic birds, 8 species of lemurs, including Verreaux’s lecithèque. Then we will continue towards Ranohira. Arriving late in the day. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 15: RANOHIRA - ISALO
This day will be dedicated to the visit of the National Park of Isalo. To relax after such a long drive from Toliara, we can take the circuit of the natural pool, and that of NAMAZA to access the blue and black pools and waterfall nymphs for a swim. To end the day, we will go to the window of Isalo to admire the sunset. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 16: RANOHIRA - AMBALAVAO - FIANARANTSOA - RANOMAFANA
After breakfast, continue the journey to Ambalavao located 210 kms from Ranohira. The trip takes about 3h30. Lunch in Ambalavao, then visit the Antaimoro paper workshop, a silk factory and the zebus market, the second in the country. In the early afternoon, we take the road to Fianarantsoa located 2 hours drive. On arrival, visit the Upper Town of the capital of Betsileo. Built in the image of that of Antananarivo in the nineteenth century, this area of the city seduces history enthusiasts with its old houses and religious buildings. After the visit, we continue the trip to Ranomafana located 65 kilometers. Arriving late in the day. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 17: THE RANOMAFANA NATIONAL PARK
After a restful night, we attack the visit of the Ranomafana National Park, one of the most famous natural sites in Madagascar. In this tropical rainforest, we can meet some species of lemurs among the 13 species existing in the park as well as a great diversity of flora (orchids, ferns, medicinal plants …). Pcinic breakfast. In the afternoon we will visit an authentic Tanala village located 15km from Ranomafana on the road to Ifanadiana. To discover on the spot, the palace and the worship of the ancestors, songs and traditional dances. Return to Ranomafana for a break. Then we come out around 17:30 to see the nocturnal animals on the edge of the National Park with a specialized guide. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 18: FIANARANTSOA - AMBOSITRA
After breakfast, departure for Ambositra the capital of Malagasy handicrafts and in particular sculpture, located 137 kilometers from Ranomafana. Installation and lunch at the hotel. We will devote the afternoon to the visit of the workshops of sculptors and craftsmen as well as a tour of the city. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 19: AMBOSITRA - ANTOETRA THE ZAFIMANIRY COUNTRY
Departure for the village of Antoetra located 40 kilometers from Ambositra. This is the starting point of our Zafimaniry country trip. On arrival, we will take the circuit of Ifasina including a hike of about 10 kilometers. Along the way, we will be able to admire the beauty of the wooden sculptures over the tombs as well as the precious carved wood adorning the houses made partly of vegetable fibers. In the village of Ifasina, we will meet sculptors whose know-how in marquetry continues to be passed down from generation to generation. The style « Zafimaniry » is remarkable and original by its geometric forms, finesse and quality of achievements. This discovery of Zafimaniry art is one of the most unforgettable experiences during a stay in Madagascar. Return to Ambositra for the night.
DAY 20: AMBOSITRA - ANTSIRABE - ANTANANARIVO
We take the road early in the morning to reach Antsirabe 165 kilometers. Lunch in the city of water. Then a visit of the various workshops, including the manufacture of miniature rickshaw or the making of objects based on zebu horns, will be on the program. This will be an opportunity to appreciate the superb work of talented Malagasy artisans. We then take the road again. Stop at Ambatolampy to visit the manufacture of aluminum pots. Continuation to Behenjy, capital of the Malagasy liver. Tasting on the spot. We will continue the road until Antananarivo. Arrival in the early evening. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
